FORGE Membership Agreement
I understand that as a member of FORGE: Stephens County Young Professionals, I agree to:
Support FORGE’s mission to Develop, Advocate, and Engage.
Represent FORGE in a respectful and professional way.
Stay involved by attending events, serving when possible, and contributing ideas.
Keep my membership active by paying annual dues.
I also understand that membership runs March–February, dues are $100 annually and non-refundable, and eligibility is open to professionals ages 21–40 (with special eligibility for ages 38–40 as outlined in the terms).
**For Free Membership Dues do not apply**
By completing this form, I acknowledge these expectations and commit to being an engaged and community-minded member of FORGE.

Membership Terms
Eligibility
Membership is open to professionals ages 21–40 who live or work in Stephens County.
Members ages 38-40 at the time of paying for their first membership are entitled to eligibility for 3 years or until the member is 43 years of age, whichever happens first.
Members should be motivated, community-minded, and committed to personal and professional growth.
Membership Period
Membership runs on an annual basis (March - February).
New members may join at any time during the year.
Dues
Membership dues are collected annually and are non-refundable. $100/Annually
Dues must be paid in full to access member benefits, including free/discounted events and voting privileges.
Participation
Members are encouraged to attend events, engage in service opportunities, and contribute ideas.
Active participation helps FORGE fulfill its mission to Develop, Advocate, and Engage.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to represent FORGE in a professional, respectful manner.
Discrimination, harassment, or behavior that conflicts with FORGE’s mission or values will not be tolerated.
Members should strive to support existing community organizations and work collaboratively.
Renewal & Resignation
Membership renewals will be open starting in January until the end of March each year.
Members who wish to resign may let their membership expire. Auto-renewal is not required nor expected by any member.
It is expected that anyone who wants to resign will alert the Membership Chair of the Executive Committee.
